Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description:

· Conduct stakeholder interviews (IT, business, compliance).
· Review current Maximo database size, performance metrics, and data retention policies.
· Identify data candidates for archiving (e.g., Work Orders, PMs, Assets, etc.).
· Analyze dependencies and impact of archiving on reporting and operational processes.
· Document analysis report and recommendations
· Review of the findings and recommendations with Client Leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Maximo.
• 5+ years of experience using IBM Optim for data archiving and lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of Maximo database structure and schemas.
• Experience with Oracle database.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, SOX) related to data retention.
• Experience in developing and executing SQL scripts for data extraction and archiving.
